ON THE ISSUE OF OBJECTS IN ENVIRONMENT LEGAL RELATIONS

The issues concerning the essence and significance of objects of environment legal
relations are examined. In particular it is emphasized on the importance of this element for the
characteristic of legal relations of society and nature correlation. It is substantiated, that
environment is the only object in this sphere as totality of natural and natural social conditions
and processes.
The issues of the right of property to the basic natural objects and natural resources are
also elucidated. From the position of legal nature of property relations the author points out the
necessity of bringing into conformity the laws on environment with the requirements set by civil
legislation.
