PROVISION OF LIVING STANDARDS THROUGH SOCIAL BENEFITS NOT UNDER THE SUBSISTENCE MINIMUM

In the article the issues concerning the determination of the amount of benefits under
social security law are clarified. In particular the necessity of living standard provision through
social benefits not under subsistence minimum is substantiated. The propositions concerning
social security laws evolvement are made.
