ON THE NOTION OF LABOUR LEGISLATION SCOPE OF VALIDITY

In the article the notion of the scope of validity of the labour legislation is considered. The
author highlights different scientific approaches concerning this problem. The labour legislation
scope of validity under the circle of social relations and subjects is clarified. The notions of
objects and the scope of validity of labour legislation are delineated.
