CLASSIFICATION OF SOCIAL SECURITY LAW SOURCES OF UKRAINE

In the article different classification criteria of social security law sources are analyzed and
specified. Special attention is paid to the classification of social security law sources depending
on the kind of regulated relations. The author comes to the conclusion that such a classification
will help evade collisions in social security legislation.
