ELECTORAL DISPUTES AS SUBJECT-MATTER OF COURT EXAMINATION: SOME ISSUES OF THEORY AND PRACTICE

In the article the issues of electoral dispute court examination are elucidated. Citizens of
Ukraine have the right of appeal against the subjects of electoral process judicially.
Establishment of administrative justice in Ukraine guarantees the ensuring of constitutional and,
in particular, electoral rights of Ukraine’s citizens.
