FUNCTIONS OF CUSTOMS REGIMES: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS WITH THE CUSTOMS LAW OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

In the article the notion of customs regimes and their functions have been elucidated. The
author compares the customs regimes’ legal regulation in Ukraine with that of the European
Union countries.
