LEGAL INFLUENCE AND LEGAL REGULATION: DIFFERENTIATION CRITERIA

In the article the issues concerning the differentiation of legal influence and legal
regulation have been researched. The analysis of the criteria of their differentiation, as well
as the search for their common elements are made. Certain considerations concerning the
practical importance of this issue’s study are presented.
