INFLICTION OF ADDITIONAL PUNISHMENTS BY THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The article is devoted to the study of notions and types of additional punishments,
order of their infliction under the criminal legislation of foreign countries. Having analysed
the criminal laws of different countries, the author comes to the conclusion, that the system
of additional punishments differs from the existing system in Ukraine. Some propositions to
improve criminal legislation of Ukraine are made.
