PECULIARITIES OF DONATION AS MEANS OF FREE ASSIGNATION OF PROPERTY

The author elucidates the issues of legal regulation of relations under the contract of
donation. The nature of the donation contract, its subjects, peculiarities of some objects, in
particular of property rights and real estate are analysed. The author proposes a number of
changes and supplements to the current legislation to improve legal regulation of relations
between the parties to the donation contract.
